24/7 Concierge support
One of the most challenging aspects of traditional home care can be managing the caregiver/agency you’ve just hired. Onyx membership is specifically designed to eliminate this burden through a higher level of service and concierge support.
All Onyx members are assigned a designated account concierge, who acts as your own personal executive assistant and advocate within our agency — your account concierge is available 24/7 to make sure you’re 100% satisfied

MEAL PREP - your Onyx concierge will work with you to create a custom meal plan that is both nutritious and mindful of your food preferences
Our highly trained nutritionists will work with you to understand, your dietary needs and food preferences — they will then work with your caregiver to build a nutrition plan that lays out a meal schedule that is both healthy and exciting
IN-HOME FITNESS TRAINER - Our experienced fitness coaches come to your home to drive your fitness goals
Our fitness coaches have over decades of experience delivering both skilled physical therapy, occupational therapy, and in-home fitness — they will create a fitness routine customized to suit your needs and ensure you meet your fitness goals — trainers come to your home on a fixed schedule to provide guidance and motivation in executing your personalized routine
360 CARE COORDINATOR - Our in-house medical care specialist will coordinate your entire care ecosystem
Our care concierge reaches out to your broader care ecosystem (e.g. primary care, specialists, surgeries, skilled care, non-skilled care, etc.) to ask what we as caregivers should know in order build a better, more informed care plan — we also ask what those specialists would like us to report back to them so they can provide better care in their respective fields
CARE OF HOME - Our highly trained caretakers work to ensure your home is safe and comfortable.
Our experienced and trained caretakers will visit your home once a month to inspect your environment and ensure it’s safe and comfortable — caretakers are in regular contact with all caregivers who can report any potential upkeep needs
Minor maintenance (e.g. changing AC filters, etc.) will be immediately addressed by the caretakers themselves, while larger issues (e.g. water damage, mold, uneven floor boards, etc.) will be contracted out to specialists. The caretaker will oversee all work to ensure it meets our standards
DAILY NECESSITIES LIST - We work to make sure your home is stocked with all the products you need
At our first meeting, our nurse works with you to create a custom list of all items you need on a daily basis (e.g. paper towels, toilet paper, groceries & specialty items, cleaning supplies, etc.). We then buy those items for you and deliver them to your home to ensure it’s always stocked
